Dealing with GP and other GI disorders: What's your diagnosis?

For those who have GP but also have other GI disorders with your bowels, what is your full diagnosis (with your GI) and symptoms you experience the most? I have GP and hEDS, now Im sure there is something wrong with my bowels so Im trying to narrow down possibilities. Im in a lot of pain and my lower belly (which used to be covered in soft squishy fat) is now a giant balloon that turns varying degrees of hard. I have multiple layers of stretch marks just from the past year as the bloating gets dramatic and painful to touch during flares that often happen alongside my GP flares. Im hoping I can have some idea whats happening to me until Im able to see a doctor.

I am similar - I have hEDS, Gastroparesis, SMA Syndrome, Colonic Inertia/dysmotility, intestinal dysmotility, and tethered spinal cord. Basically everything from my mouth down is paralyzed. My GI suspects it’s inflammation from hEDS, denervation of the spinal cord nerves to the colon, and SMA syndrome, and who knows what else.

I don’t know if this is helpful at all, but my GI doctor says I have colonic dysmotility in addition to gastroparesis. My main symptoms of lower GI dysmotility are pretty significant constipation, bloating, and abdominal pain. I was taking Miralax twice every day, but it really didn’t have any effect in symptom management. I have just started taking Linzess, so hopefully that will help. Good luck!!
