I have noticed after going gluten free I feel so much better, no stomach issues. Anytime I would eat gluten after going GF my stomach cramps so bad and I'm so bloated. This also happened before going GF but until I cut gluten out of my diet I never knew why. I have inflammation throughout my body; in my sacroiliac joints, my esophagus, my stomach and my colon. I've also noticed I can't handle energy drinks, which I know are bad anyway but of I drink them slowly, it takes me all day to drink a whole can but if I drink it kinda quick I feel light headed and nauseous.

I noticed relief as well when I went gluten-free, and then discomfort when trying it again after being GF for awhile. Gluten is one of the top inflammatories, next to sugar, and both are in EVERYTHING. I’m proud of you for eliminating gluten from your diet and I hope it continues to help you. It may take some time to heal, and I hope you don’t have any permanent damage. What are you doing in the meantime to help your body heal from the inflammation?

Haven't noticed much relief since going gf, but my doc says it's because my body hates food in general
