Dealing with GERD for 35 years

It has been about 25 years for me. PPIs have depleted my bones, but I can't not take it! I have Barrett's discovered during an endoscopy several years ago. PCP wants to order another soon. Also have rather large diapharagmatic hernia. Anxiety is off the charts. 😵‍💫🥺
