Dealing with Genital Herpes Outbreaks

I recently found out I have HSV-1 and have been having a genital outbreak for almost 4 weeks. I was put on a steroid medication for 5 days, and I think it's improved but not gone away. I'm kind of at a loss for what to do now, help!

Alcohol made mine much worse. I find that steering clear of that helps. The cream (acyclovir) helped me a lot. I took that in addition to valacyclovir orally and it helped. Epsom salt baths >>>

Definitely take l-lysine, zinc, vitamin C, in addition to a multi vitamin, eliminate cigarette smoking

I would get Lysine and take it daily. That should help you with your current outbreak. It’s a natural way to help with an outbreak.
