      Many people have made wonderful suggestions. Looking at foods on the low FODMAP diet and trying to avoid foods in high histamine.

      Alkaline things like water and melon not citrus fruits

      Keep track of what foods make you feel worse and avoid them! I have foods I absolutely avoid and it lessens my symptoms a bit.

      i have been struggling with this so much recently. and every med prescribed causes some other symptom so i get it, it really sucks

      I have non-celiac gluten intolerance. It may be worth a shot to try an elimination diet. Lots of us have gluten and dairy issues. I will die with a wedge of cheese in my hand though. Lol.

        @Magpie42 Same! There is no replacement for cheese. When I suffer for it, I both chastise myself and reminded myself cheese is worth it. 🤣
