Dealing with Future Memories

This is going to be hard to explain, so I hope you all understand. Has anyone ever dealt with future memories? Idk exactly how to put it. I don't think it's a premonition. Basically, something happens, that I remember seeing in the past as some daydream or some random thing that just kinda comes up when spacing out. I guess that is daydreaming huh? Anyway, this "scene" I saw can have been thought/seen years ago, or as short as a month ago, but it always feels the same. It feels like a part of a movie I've seen for the 20th time where I know exactly what's gonna happen line for line, action by action, scene by scene for about 10 seconds or so. Background, lines, actions, etc. Shit trips me out everytime, and has been happening for years ever since I was a child. Never happens for anything important, always random things. I brought this up to a previous therapist and they thought it was probably just a dream I saw that was similar. But, I swear it was frame for frame, perfect. It escapes all logic and befuddles me. Can anyone relate?

      @Mop it can sometimes be weird! Bc you're like wow how can things be exactly the same. Down to the thoughts! Funky seeing. Don't know what it is but I know some people think you're crazy when you talk about it lol.

      Well Stealthybeef I understand you're perspective cause I understand this shit all to well my Guy Soo this is a sad story of how I last seen and flet this and all so . My Grandmother caught Cancer back at the end of 2021 when COVID started dieing down so when she caught she went through Hell so I took care of her all the way up till she went to a Nursing home they had her for 2 weeks and she came home with a scar on her head and they couldn't give me a answer blamed her for it but it was their flaut truly but anyways she stayed with me at her house for 2 weeks about alittle over half way in I got a vision that GOD told me and let me Know she was going to be leaving and Joining him and it was terrifying but I knew it was the Best for everyone and Her especially but I knew when this happened my life was going to change drastically and I was going to be damaged emotionally, Mentally and Psychically and so I end up watching her past on she stopped responding she then started losing her Coloring to her eyes and then the Fire department came out and they got her into the Ambulance and they came back and asked if they wanted us to reassessitate her back to life we said no but I told people I was not going to be the same person after she left this world I was going to be very different and so I have been I don't act like I use to I cry every few times a day and I don't fit in very few people understand or give me a chance and learn what kind of person I am especially Girls with in my own age range yes I'm weird but I'm. A good weird yes I talk about my feelings yes I accept who I am and is it wrong to ask for these things NO. but I truthfully understand what you mean sorry for the long wind story lol

        @E_belli yeah, that's a really good way to put it. I get it too, even down to me reacting like "oh, it's one of those de ja vu moments again" and any following thoughts along with what's going on.

      I’ve had similar things. Sometimes I understand what I’m seeing and other times it is not easy for me to comprehend. I don’t think I feel safe enough on this public site to say more but there are dreams and there are other things. Wish I could explain it but well all I know is what I’ve experienced

      I tell you what I have been told about that that some way or another you have gifts and been on this earth before my grandma back in the day told us things like that that I never forgot I yes I do I all the time it just happened yesterday too me I was I child when this was going on and now I am 57
