Dealing with Fatigue After a Medication Switch

after doing a med switch, my fatigue has been terrible. what non-medication methods do you guys use to combat it? my body is missing its stimulant 🥹

I also developed horrible fatigue after a med change! My doc lowered the dosage and my body Did Not like that at all,, I don't know your situation but I recently started on 1 gram sodium chloride tablets 3 times a day at my cardiologists direction and it has helped massively!! For sure talk to your doctor about it if that's something you'd like to pursue
