Hey Alikes! New to the app. I have endometriosis. I’ve had two surgeries- the first to diagnose endo but nothing was removed. The second surgery, a year later, removed all my endo. Now it’s been almost two years since the actual endo removal and I’m having symptoms again. MRI showed a hemorrhaging cyst (possible endometrioma) so my doctor thinks the endo is returning. But she doesn’t want to do surgery again and recommends leaving it. I don’t want surgery again either, but I’m worried about leaving the endo until it becomes unbearable again. Any advice? Are repeat surgeries bad? My doctor insists repeat surgeries will make my pain worse
