Dealing with Eczema Outbreaks: Seeking Advice

Hello, I have had eczema off and on my whole life, but I’ve had it on my leg for the past 12 years, same spot. Anyway, I started breaking out in blisters on my eczema, and it quickly spread all over my body, dime size blisters! This lasted like a month, then cleared up. Nine months later, same thing happens again, but this time they gave me oral steroids and it made it so much worse! Took about a month again and healed up, but only after I stopped medication. I had experienced a lot of stress before each outbreak and it never happened before until I moved down south. Anyone have a similar experience?
