what to do when most of your alters go dormant I had broken up with one of my friends and we don't see eachothers and they was the only one they felt comfortable with and every since they left most of them disappeared... I miss them ngl

I would suggest friend searching and finding someone they'd feel comfortable around again It helps a lot to show them fronting is okay and they will be seen and respected
