how do you deal with bads days where you're extremely disoriented and dizzy if you aren't laying down? I stood up today and I had to grab everything just so I didn't fall.

Lay on the ground with your legs propped up for half an hour and scroll through tik tok or something! Make sure you take your time to stand up and focus on your breathing: first, move your legs to the floor and lay flat for ten breaths. Second, sit up with your knees to your chest for ten breaths. Third, sit with your legs crisscrossed for ten breaths. Continue taking tiny steps until you’re able to stand and remember to drink your water :)

for me, it’s resting and doing the bare minimum i need for the day. pushing through has never helped me. also asking others for help, which is pretty difficult when you care about others more than yourself, BUT if someone really cares about you then they’ll try to understand or at least fill up your water bottle/ get you something to eat :)
