still wondering if I have Crohn’s disease or just general IBS-D….my grandfather has crohns and my symptoms come and go like flare ups (currently in a bad flare up where i have rlly bad stomach pain over 5x a day) but there’s no way to diagnose without invasive tests as far as i know and i just can’t pay for that. and there’s nothing to do about it anyway so i guess i just keep suffering

I'm literally going through the same. I was prescribed Dicyclomine 20mg. It helps but some days the cramping pain becomes more powerful then the meds. You kinda have to get those procedures if you are ever going to control whats happening to your body.

They can't find anything wrong with my bowels but I have ibs
