      If you are sensitive to nickel, check out the long list of foods that are high in nickel and reduce or eliminate them from your diet. It is astonishing how many "healthy foods" are on that list including whole grains, brown rice, lettuce, beans, salmon and tuna, spinach, red wine, etc If you have joint pain, I've found Hyaluronic Acid complex supplements to be helpful in relieving some of the endless discomfort.
