Dealing with Depression: My Story
Hi I'm Leah, and I'm in a depressive episode right now. I have depressive episodes about twice a year, they usually last for several months, and it makes it very hard to be consistent in school and work. I'm on a path currently to find a treatment that will keep me stable enough consistently so that I can do what I want to do with my life. I want friends who understand what I'm going through and who I can support as well.

I’m in the same boat- winter always triggers a huge depressive episode for me which has caused huge setbacks for me in school. It’s sucks but we got this!! message me if you need anything!
