Hi, nice to meet you! I suffer from depression and anxiety disorder. I have been on meds for 13 years. I struggle with sleep. Insomnia. I'm interested to know if you might have found something that helps you, with functioning daily, as well as you can. Meds or herbal supplements, vitamins? Anything that's helps you daily?

Cannabis has been a significant part of my treatment. I don’t respond to most drugs including the many I’ve tried in the past for anxiety, pain, or sleep. I know that’s not necessarily accessible or something people wanna use tho. I also know some people have luck with melatonin or CBD.

@beingnotseeming nah cuz I was about to say weed like right off the bat. Edibles have been a damn life safer, once it kicks in, I sleep like a hibernating bear, it's great.
