I kind of feel the same way when it comes to not wanting to do things but I know that I have to and whatever chronic illness I seem to have whether it’s something related to nerves or CRPS I don’t know what exactly I’m dealing with I’m still waiting on the neurology people to call me back so I can set up the appointment I’m hoping to hear from them before the end of the week it was just yesterday that I called to verify the referral from my other doctor that I was dealing with because they thought that I might’ve had rheumatoid arthritis because I was having some symptoms similar to it and with all the medication that they’ve got me on you would think something would kick in by now but yes finding something enjoyable is a good way for distraction for one and two it helps not just your mental and emotional state but also your physical state to which I’m currently working on that as well but thanks for the response appreciate it

I hope you find answers soon. Trying to sort out what to do is hard when you don't know what it is. When my condition became suddenly severe, 4 different narcotics prescribed in 2 weeks did not touch the pain. I had to look in to other things, but the docs all talk about pills and surgery. I also agree about moving helping emotionally and physically. Getting into water exercise saved me. Meditation is free and involves no chemicals and helps body and mind.

Regularly. Some days it's a struggle to do anything, let alone get motivated. I try to take it a day at a time, but the future isn't promising since I know I'll get worse
