Dealing with Depression and Anxiety

Hello. I started taking a daily pill almost a year ago that was supposed to help with another issue. After 1 month of taking it i noticed my anxiety had fallen to nearly 0. They are called Bioflavinoids. The one i take is Horbaach brand on amazon Lemon Bioflavinoids. Abouth $20 for a bottle of 200. The bottle says to take 2 pills a day but i have only ever taken 1. There was a study done in 2019 or so that showed a connection between as little as 50mg a day and decreased anxiety and depression. These pills are 700mg so only 1 a day is more than enough. I highly recomend them as they have pretty much rid me of all my anxiety with no noticable side effects. Best of luck though.
