What is your way of dealing with migraines? The kind that debilitates you, makes your eyes feel like they are popping out of your head, and makes you vomit.

Just about the only thing that ever worked for me was locking myself in a dark, quiet room and threatening people not to bother me (joking, but not really). I also made sure I had water and snacks available next to me cause I would be left very weak during the "migraine hangover" Sometimes, I would take over the counter medications like ibuprofen or excedrin, but if possible, I try not to take it at all as you don't want to take medication like that every day

One way to deal with debilitating migraines is to go into a dark room, use earbuds to drown out noise, and try relaxation techniques like meditation podcasts. Some people also find relief by using an ice hat, taking over-the-counter medications like Excedrin or Advil, and seeking medical advice from a doctor for prescription treatments.
