Dating is hard. I feel like I know what I want, am I too straightforward or honest? I would think that I’m doing well, but it’s just… not. I have a bad habit for feeling anxious if they don’t respond for a certain amount of time. Does anyone else go through this? Can something help?

I used to experience that too. Something that helps me is whenever I'm worried about someone not responding, I try to give it some time and reframe my thinking. So like instead of thinking they don't want to talk to me or they don't like me, I'll try to replace that with maybe they're busy at the moment I'll give them some time to respond or something along those lines. I try to change my perspective whenever those kinda thoughts come up and it helps. It's hard at first but the more I did it the more naturally it came and it often worked out better for me.

I used to go through this alot, and don't worry it's perfectly normal. I personally gotten over it within time because I trust him, you can still trust him and be scared, it depends on the person, but for me, it took time i hope that helps❤️
