I have pretty bad fatigue daily but not diagnosis or reason as to why. Bloodwork is normal. Anyone else have this?

How is your sleep & nutrition? I’m always tired too. But I get up at 4:30am. Gym. Then work. Home at 7pm. My days are just long. Adderall has helped with energy but I’ve noticed it’s made me very short tempered.

Same.. no matter what I’m do I’m exhausted… taking a simple shower have me feeling like I’ve worked all week with no sleep. Smh
