I’m at a loss. I’ve had Crohn’s since 2010, been on Remicade since 2011 and been doing well. I recently had a routine colonoscopy and had No inflammation and no visible signs of disease. But almost every day I will experience diarrhea, pain and discomfort, usually after lunch. I feel this may be anxiety related since I know I have no inflammation, and because on the weekends when I’m out with friends and completely relaxed, it doesn’t happen, but it just happens so suddenly when it does. I won’t even actively be feeling anxious, but idk what else to relate it to. Doesn’t matter what I eat either. Any thoughts or advice?
