Dealing with Costochondritis Pain: Seeking Advice

I was diagnosed with costochondritis in 2017. It flares up sometimes and the pain spreads to my neck, shoulders and back. The main pain in my chest is right under my collar bone. It gets swollen and really painful there. Do other people have a similar experience? I’m so tired of being in pain all the time.

I’m taking anti-inflammation pills and they helped reduce the pain so much. It hasn’t gone away though. Everything went downhill for me after taking the COVID vaccine

anti-inflammation pills help me too but I can’t take them anymore because now they upset my stomach.
