You don't need to tell her your friends are trans, in fact you shouldn't, since if she doesn't know already you'd be outing them. Tell her only what she needs to know - consider, if she is so controlling, whether she needs to know where you're wanting to move at all. Find yourself a job and keep your intentions to yourself until you have the resources to move out. If she is trying to stop you from getting a job, and you are 18+, do it anyway: take buses, take Uber, dress from Goodwill, apply everywhere you have a chance. In the end, does it matter if this controlling person who you don't want to be around anymore thinks you're a liar because she felt entitled to info about your life?
