Dealing with Constipation and Anal Bleeding
does anyone have trouble using the bathroom from an anal fissure? i’ve been getting really constipated and using the bathroom every 3-4 days since i’ve seen blood in the bowl and on (normal) stool. For some reason anal bleeding freaks me out and makes me hold off on going. Any suggestions to help me use the bathroom without freaking out lol? I’ve taken 2 colace’s along with 3 Metamucil gummies.
