Dealing with Constant Loneliness

How does everyone deal with that constant feeling of never being alone, having something near you. (I don’t have meds yet)

I always feel like I’m being watched, and there’s nothing I can really do about it? I have just learned to accept that I will always feel uncomfortable no matter what. It’s kind of sad, but because I can’t get medication, it’s the only thing I can do.

ive tried making friends with the prescence. the main one is named julian and he is. very unkind. but sometimes when i respectfully ask him to back up or give me some alone time, while promising that i will show him things he likes later, he obeys and give me space.

I just got on Seroquel around a week ago so it hasn't done much so I think I can answer this! I tend to consume multiple forms of media to distract myself. Loud music when inside, no headphones outside so I can hear as much as possible. If you need glasses/contacts wear them as much as possible in public (and in general) so you can see everything a little clearer and have another 'set of eyes' for your other senses. Fidgeting also helps to keep me grounded when im aware of something perceiving me. Even better, if you have the social battery, be with someone close to you or someone you mesh well with. That gives you someone to reference reality with to help you stay a bit calmer 🧡
