Yes. I've learned I have to pace, rest, recover, and repeat. It's a lot of work and it's exhausting.

I discovered I have sleep apnea while trying to figure out the fibro. It has mad a huge difference.

I have sleep marathons all the time. I used to feel so guilty but my husband totally understands and does not put pressure on me. I am on a prednisone taper and I feel like a million dollars. But most of the time I am exhausting.

YES!!! I’m always tired. I can literally drink a redbull or coffee and still go to sleep right after. I always have to take a nap during the day and I never sleep restfully.
