Dealing with Chronic Silent Migraines
Hello Alikes, my name is Jade . I have had migraines since I was a chil, But for the last year I have been having silent migraines daily. Sometimes they are so bad they cause me to faint. I just wanted to know if anyone else out there has had chronic silent migraines (I also get regular migraines at least once a week) and what youve done to manage them?

I would get your hormones checked. I know it helped me. Also, I don’t know what your childhood was like, but I know I had some abuse that caused ptsd and trauma, which caused my nervous system to always be in fight or flight. Two doctors said my issues are from trauma. I see a counselor now which is helping. I don’t mean this to be all about me. I just want to help if I can.
