Dealing with Chronic Pain: Seeking Treatment Suggestions
I have been dealing witj chronic pain out of the blue. Pain is mainly in my torso area, neck shoulders, back, shoudler blades, chest ( breast bones). I have a strong family line of Lupus, but keep being told that I do not meet the criteria even though my results shows positive. Any suggestion on a good treatment for the pain

Exercising helps me. Gym or bike riding. Takes away the stiffness.

Perhaps steroid epidural shots by a pain specialist, trigger point therapy.
Get tested for Fibromyalgia. GL

Inflammation, stiffness, achiness? Consider seeing a rheumatologist for rheumatic diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis etc.
Any eye dryness, dry mouth? Sjorgrens Syndrome.. auto immune diseases are difficult for doctors to diagnose.
