Only thing that helped my pain was doctor's best serrapeptase 120,000 iu it's $60 but there's 270 capsules, start with 1 per day until your body is used to it then you can increase if needed. I went all the way up to like 4 pills. All other brands didn't work the same for me so don't cheap out 😅
