Dealing with Chronic Pain: My Experience with Cervical Ridiculopathy

I was diagnosed with cervical ridiculopathy a couple years ago. Some days I'm not in pain while others I have to deal with it. My pain medication isn't do it's job anymore as it's too weak for my system now.

I take tramadol and take PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) with it to reduce my tolerance- as in it allows tramadol to work more effectively at a smaller dose and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Might help you if you can’t get a med change or increase. If you decide to try it do research first since it also acts as a stimulant. The one I take is Comfort Max by Life Extension brand.

My pain meds don't help much but I can't get much relief so I use a tens unit heat paks and I move asuch as I am able my Dr just put me in aqua therepy

oh aqua therapy sounds nice. I had hoped to get a subdermal type surgically inserted along my spinal cord. Something from Boston Institute.
