I am new here. I feel like I'm being defeated by my diagnosis's at times. mostly my neck from whiplash. I endure chiropractic work and injections in my neck. I still deal with alot of pain and stiffness. I'm looking to find new ideas to control the pain and to find others with the same ailments.
