Dealing with Chronic Pain: How to Cope When Medication Fails

How do you handle the pain when medication is not working? I am Jennifer and live in NY. I got in a car accident was I was younger and put me disabled because of the pain. Share how you handle it. Thanks

Try a massage therapist. Chrio never helped. I have 2 hip replacements and 2 back surgeries. It has helped along with percocet and marywanee

I found that physical therapy helps me and talking to your doctor to see if a different medication would be better for you m

For me see my Chiropractor 2x a week. It helps a lot. She does laser, ultrasound and massage, I'm never pain free but she has kept me on my feet. If not for her I don't know where I'd be. I did buy a home laser which does help with pain, also the usual heat and ice.
