So, I work in a warehouse where I’m doing a lot of lifting and such all day. Most days I can tolerate the pain but there are times where it’s beyond painful to keep going. Any advice on how to help this? I love this job and I don’t want to have to leave yet. I’m new to understanding hEDS and don’t have anyone in my life to talk to about it.

Get braces for the joints that are the most sore. It really helps if you are not overstretching and supports the joints so that they don't move too much where they shouldn't. You might even be able to get them through your insurance

Some people have good luck with chiropractors, i dont recommend it because with how variable our connective tissue is this can cause irreparable or life threatening harm. I think an osteopathic physician (a Dr. with DO instead of MD) is best since a lot of their training is in muscle and joints

Try and see a Pain management specialist and confirm ahead of time they manage hEDS. Theres many different kinds of pain so to help you, you need to isolate is it nerve, muscle, inflammation, etc
