I would suggest working with a Physical Therapist. While joint pain is not something that can be cured, you can work on strengthening the muscles around your joints to help provide more stability. They can also assess you for proper posture, transitioning from seated to standing, and walking to try to prevent falls. They can also teach you the best ways to fall to try to limit injury as much as possible. I'm a big fan of topicals when it comes to minor injuries such as lidocaine, homeopathic arnica, and medical grade CBD ointment. Epsom salts if you have a bath tub you can use safely to soak or magnesium lotion. Generally for inflammation I highly recommend supplementing amino acids and antioxidants such as L-leucine and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
Diet is a lot of it. Depends on what you're sensitive to, though. I avoid sugar, beer and dairy and it seems to help some.
