Dealing with Chronic Pain After Failed Surgeries

Well I’m here by not sure. I had my c5c6c7 ACDF in 2019 that didn’t work so they did c5c6c7 Laminectomy in 2020 that worked but then it didn’t. Constant headaches constant neck pain left side shoulder blade traps are numb it’s been over 2.5 years. Been going to pain management and I can manage as long as o take my Gabapentin tramadol and Robaxin and i (ibuprofen for inflammation). The next step is they want to do Botox injections in my neck not sure this will work either they have done acupuncture physical therapy etc. nothing works. I’ve told my spine doc that it feels as if the hardware in my neck is rubbing against something constantly. He say if all looks good on the X-RAYS BUT I’m not convinced. He doesn’t want to go back in a revise because I ended up with blood clot in left leg that traveled to both lungs. But the nurses never put the leg things on for blood flow. I ended ip also getting a hematoma and fluid from my c1 to T1 had to reopen me a week later. I couldn’t walk at all to much pressure on spinal cord. Maybe someday they will figure it out. But I’m always a level 2 pain with my meds and even with med I can reach a level 6 it’s very disheartening. Also all this started when I was just 43 years old from accident at work. Ps. If I misspelled anything please forgive me. Yea I have run on sentences etc. lol.
