Dealing with Chronic Migraines: Any Advice?

Do any of you guys get consistent Migraines, headaches that seem to never go away? Have you found anything that works I've tried everything just about and my Neurologist I'd out of idea's.

I have chronic migraines as well and I’ve been taking Qulipta for a few months. It’s been the only thing that’s actually helped with my migraines. Ask your doctor about it and see.

I am almost in constant pain I wake up with a migraine and almost always in pain when I go to bed it takes forever to get to sleep due to the pain. If anyone has a suggestion on what to try I would really appreciate it

I went on propranolol, I was on it for almost 2 decades and it truly helped. I dont know what meds you currently are on but maybe something to try?
