Dealing with Chronic Lower Back Pain

I'm Unicorns69, 53 yrs old, female. I have fibromyalgia diabetes chronic lower back pain and asthma. I'm more concerned about my chronic lower back pain. Is there any type of help for this problem which doesn't include drugs, injections or surgery?

I guess it would depend on what was causing your pain, too. In my case it was herniated discs that were causing all kinds of havoc. PT, drugs & injections didn’t help so I went the surgical route. Everyone is different, so hopefully PT will help you.

I don’t know of any besides PT. I started PT over a year ago and my lower back pain is better. It takes a while but it helps.
