Dealing with Chronic Insomnia and Panic Attacks

For more then a year and a half I’ve been having sleeping issues & dealing with chronic insomnia. I went 4 nights without sleep and it was scary. Then I Start taking liquid sleep aids. when i stop taking it abruptly I started going through sleep aid withdrawal which was not only scary but messed me up even more. I started having brain zaps , more insomnia , body tremors & body twitching. I didn’t have any problem eating food with salt. I was working out and lifting and taking my vitamins. I did feel a tight pressure in my head. When I went to the Ryan center to get checked out even my blood pressure was fine. I didn’t have tachycardia then either I was stills trying to deal with the after effects caused by the withdrawal. 2 months later into December one night I was so angry & even yelling. The problem was a major trigger for me & for that reason I won’t disclose just know that it made me very angry. 2-3 days later I was sitting down in my computer chair and I start experiencing my heart beat faster & I became afraid I started to break down and went to my dad for help, my blood pressure shot up past 180 well into 200. I just kept crying & it I came on so suddenly I felt so powerless & lost. It came on so suddenly it was random. I believe I may have experienced a panic attack… From there on my heart rate has been fast and my blood pressure fluctuates up and down. Some days it’s normal and sometimes it’s alll the way up at 175/ 96 or it could be 180, then it falls down to 129/85 but I mostly see it at 145 or 140 / 85 when Im home. I went to the doctor the next day and They saw I had sinus tachycardia but wasn’t sure. They tested for cv-19 , other colds and possible viral infection but I tested negative. From that day of the panic attack a week after then on I’ve felt extremely depressed and couldn’t move from my bed because when I would get up i would feel dizzy or would feel like something is weighing me down. When I would stand up I felt pressure in the sides of my head and on the top. I find myself holding my shirt near the heart area. I feel pain in my heart area. But the doctors have found no abnormalities with my heart in fact it’s quite healthy and my blood work & urine samples come back normal. I had a mri on my head & a heart ultrasound and everything looks fine. No blood clots or Plaque build up in the arteries. Is my now constant sinus tachycardia that I’ve had for 5 plus months now. Is it caused by anxiety/ stress or is it because of something else like pots( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ) maybe? What should I do?
