Dealing with Chronic Illness: My Story and Yours

Hi there! I have been struggling with mold toxicity, most likely Lyme disease and now MCAS. I am getting much better and have come a long way! I am no longer on any strict protocols but I still struggle with energy, motivation and random flare ups. What’s everyone else’s story?

I have to say I feel similar. I'm so happy with the progress I have made and most my days feel full. Most days I have to take a nap for about an hour, maybe two. Flare ups happen. Pain. But when I eat well weather is good, and I stay on my meds most days are fine if I pace myself! I have eds, pots, mcas, ic, gastropareis
