Dealing with Chronic Hip Pain: Seeking Advice

I’ve dealt with right hip problems for a while. Doctors not knowing what is wrong. Multiple xrays, bloodworks. One point they said my hip was twisted. I’ve done therapy. Nothing helped. Now it gets so bad and now they think it’s arthritis but my meds they gave me aren’t helping much. Over the summer my hip and lower back was really back it would shock me and I couldn’t move at all. Pain would go through my whole leg and it was so bad. Anyone else on the same boat?

I have it in my hands, I use compression gloves.. as seen on tv! They help a lot. My md prescribed gabapentin but I've heard negative things about it they outweigh the positive. Hands hurt most when I'm driving texting, or gaming. So I stop when they hurt.

I got hit on the drivers side of my car last year. Since then it's been radiating leg pain from what I think is the sciatic nerve. Doctors have yet to confirm but gabapentin helps with pain. It targets nerve pain specifically and stops signals so if there isn't a physical reason, nerve pain might be a new avenue to look into. Twisted bones can also put more strains on muscle than they normally would. Muscle relaxers and physical therapy exercises can help
