Dealing with Chronic Foot Pain

Hello everyone!!.. I have been in a lot of feet pain. My ankles and heels hurt so much. I’m suppose to be using orthotics to help with the pain but they only make the pain worse. I’m on my feet all day for work and I can barely walk by the end of the day.

Make sure to follow up with the doctor who prescribed the orthotics. It is possible they only need minor edits to properly support you so that you are not in pain. Or, you might need to wear them with a different type of shoe. For me, I had issues with my orthotics, and it was discovered that I needed leg braces, which would support my ankle differently than orthotics alone. Don't give up, keep exploring with different treatments until you find one that works

Turmeric, the kind with black pepper and Cherry juice either tart or black cherry is surprisingly helpful. The cherry juice is better than NSAIDS for me. Longer lasting and reduces the swelling and pain
