Dealing with Chronic Fatigue: My Struggle

I've had fatigue issues for over a decade, but the post 7 months have been an onslaught of persistent fatigue and other strange symptoms. It's interfering with me being productive at my job and has nearly eliminated any social life. This is awful.

I'll get pains at different places in my torso, including abdomen, chest, sides, back, as well as along the arms, fingers, sometimes legs. I've had the right arm go completely numb with no strength. The tip of my toe occasionally goes numb. Often there's a pressure on my chest making breathing labored. Nausea without vomiting. Head/neckache. Brain fog. Loss of strength. Loss of appetite. Loss of sleep.

You are not alone. Persistent fatigue has ruined my life. Listen to your body. Without your health nothing else matters. Take care of you!
