I am experiencing a lot of fatigue, I have CFS, RA and low thyroid. Had surgery 4 months ago and cannot get my strength back. Could these problems be contributing to my fatigue?

I’m sure it all contributes to fatigue. 😕 I will not say mine is fully controlled, but Cymbalta and amitriptyline before bed have helped me to feel less fatigued, and just normal working-mom level of tired most days.
