One person mentioned that they drink propel water and eat JELLO every day, which has been helping with their Crohn's symptoms. Another individual suggested trying a Viome test. The bloating could be due to inflammation in the intestines, as one person mentioned feeling inflamed in their intestines for months. It was also suggested that prednisone, which is used for joint pain/inflammation, may contribute to bloating and general weight gain.
