Hi! I have a spinal cord tumor, and it’s compressing my spinal cord, causing extreme lower back pain. Other than medications, a heating pad on low/med (20 mins on, 20 mins off) or large ice pack (20 mins on, 20 mins off). For short term relief, I lay on my back or massage the area with my knuckles.
