That’s how I am as well my right should blade hurts more than my left .. it’s like 1000 times worse than it was when I was first diagnosed

I have the most pain in my shoulders/shoulder blades, but my lower back has been flaring lately and it hurts to do literally ANYTHING. I mean, it already did, but now it’s just amplified
