Same here. Still experimenting to see what helps. Could try hypoallergenic cat food, air ionizers, allergen spray for upholstered furniture and carpets. I feel like I'm constantly cleaning up cat hair.

Lol I have same question l take two allergy meds and still struggle. There’s air purifiers, allergen spray for the air and lots of vacuuming, wipes for cats coats to reduce allergens on them and then washing your hands after petting and not touching nose and eyes
