Dealing with C-PTSD: Seeking Advice

I was diagnosed with C-PTSD at 15 and honestly my diagnosis kinda just sat there. There was no treatment plan or anything for it and while I did talk through it with a therapist, it helped a little, I’m still dealing with it almost 5 years later. My trauma comes from two events that happened before I was 10 but no matter what I do I can’t seem to get away from my symptoms. Does anyone know of anything they did that really helped them? I don’t want to deal with these feelings forever.

establishing a therapist that I actually trust helped me, and mine specializes in EMDR which is more than just talking it out. as much as it sucks, therapists and doctors are human too so sometimes it takes more than one to find a good fit. but emdr therapy, normal therapy, and medication has helped me.
