Dealing with Burning and Pins and Needles in CMT

I have CMT and frequently deal with intense burning and pins and needles in my feet and hands. However, for the past two weeks I have dealt with it in the back of my head as well. I do not know if it is related to CMT or something else entirely. I’ve never had this before and only can relate it to the sensation I get with CMT. Currently don’t have the cash to go to the doctor, and wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with this.

Yes, my mom and I both have CMT1A and experience the burning and pins and needles. Although CMT primarily affects extremities, I also experience it in my face, neck and spine. A neurologist told me it's an expected symptom with the neuropathy caused by CMT.
