Dealing with Brain Fog: My Diagnosis and Symptoms

Anyone deal with brian fog? I just got my diagnosis and that’s one of my mains symptoms. Just don’t feel like myself at all.

I have other autoimmune diseases but every year the brain fog just seems to get worse and worse. I am basically functioning min by min. And I get so overwhelmed when I try to remember something. It's hard

Yes, but I've found LDN (low dose naltrexone) helps immensely with brain fog and fatigue. I'm honestly blown away it isn't the first line of defense, though admittedly it doesn't work for everyone for some reason. My rheumatologist estimates that about 50% of people achieve great results where others don't notice anything...
